WheelerDeeler.com has more employment, general merchandise, pets & livestock, real estate, services and vehicle ads in Mid-Michigan than any other website or print publication.  Private parties, franchise & independent car dealers and businesses advertise with us.  In order to assist you in finding the car, merchandise or service you are looking for, we have searches by year, make & model for cars, and keywords for everything else.

 

• Does the vehicle pricing/payments include tax, title, plates or other costs?

The Vehicle pricing from the Dealers’ does not include tax, title & plates.  Also, advertised payments are based on Tier 1 Credit.

Most of the advertisers, both private party and commercial, are located in Mid-Michigan.  WheelerDeeler.com & Wheeler Deeler magazine are the industry leaders in connecting buyers and sellers with our vast array of effective classified ads. 

 

When browsing the ads in any category, you can supply your zip code and sort the ads based on the distance from your location.

NO - WheelerDeeler.com & Wheeler Deeler magazine are online and print advertising media, which bring together buyers and sellers. WheelerDeeler.com & Wheeler Deeler magazine do not own or sell anything that is advertised.

Warranties or guarantees provided by the sellers may be available for the services or merchandise on WheelerDeeler.com.  In some cases, extended warranties may be purchased from third parties.  Wheeler Deeler does not directly provide any warranties or guarantees.  To find out more information about a warranty or guarantee options, please contact the seller.

Placing An Ad

 

·         What types of ads are available on WheelerDeeler.com?

Photo ads and classified (without photos) ads are available to both private parties and businesses.  All ads will run for the number of weeks specified when placing an ad.  There is an option for 26 Week Ad Package photo and classified ads available to private party advertisers only.  Certain restrictions apply to 26 Week Ad Package ads.

 

• What items may be advertised with a 26 Week photo or classified ad?

 

26 Week Ad Package photo or classified ads are available to private party advertisers only.  Any type of service or on-going business activity is considered to be a commercial advertiser and does not qualify for a 26 Week Ad Package ad.   A 26 Week Ad Package ads may not be used to sell multiple items in a single ad and may NOT be used to sell/post multiple items of any kind, tickets, vacations, memberships, general notice, help wanted, items for rent, swap or trade, wearing apparel, pets and pet accessories, (excluding saddles and tack, livestock trailers), real estate, bulk materials, automotive parts & accessories, and wanted ads.  .

 

When placing a 26 Week Ad Package ad, the content of the ad (except for the item’s price) may not be modified online once the ad has been place.  You must call the office to make the changes to the content of the ad description.  All 26 Week Ad Package ads are subject to approval by WheelerDeeler.com and may be rejected at their discretion.

 

• How long will my ad run?

Photo ads appears online (with up to 4 photos) and in Wheeler Deeler magazine for at least six weeks (depending on when the ad is submitted).  Classified ads appear online and in the printed publication for either one or four weeks (depending on the option chosen).

 

26 Week Ad Package photo and classified ads appear online and in Wheeler Deeler magazine for six weeks.  After the initial eight weeks, you may renew your 26 Week Ad Package ad every six weeks up to 26 weeks.

 

·         What is the deadline to place my ad online?

All ads submitted online between Monday and Friday noon will be included on WheelerDeeler.com within 24 hours.  Ads submitted online after Friday noon will appear on WheelerDeeler.com no later than Monday noon.

 

Ads placed online by the deadline will appear in that week’s issue of Wheeler Deeler.  The deadlines for the four editions are as follows:

The website categories allow easier browsing for the user in a website environment with different category navigation and the ability to search.  Wheeler Deeler magazine has more categories to fit the parameters of a reader-friendly advertising publication.  Every item in Wheeler Deeler magazine will appear online.  Likewise, all items advertised on WheelerDeeler.com will appear in Wheeler Deeler magazine. 

 

·         How much do ads cost?

Photo ads (up to 30 words) begin at only $89.95, and run for four weeks online and in Wheeler Deeler magazine.  26 Week Ad Package photo ads (available to private party advertisers only) begin at only $115.00, and run online and in the printed publication.  26 Week Ad Package photo ads must be renewed every six weeks.

 

Classified ads (up to 30 words without a photo) begin at only $69.95 for four weeks.  26 Week Ad Package classified ads (available to private party advertisers only) begin at only $70.00 and run online and in both printed publications as long as you need to sell your item.  26 Week Ad Package classified ads must be renewed every six weeks.

 

All ads will appear in Wheeler Deeler magazine on WheelerDeeler.com for maximum coverage.

 

·         When does my ad go “live” online?

Any ad placed online may be renewed by logging in to My Account, and going to the specific ad in My Ads.

 

·         Will you remind me to renew my ad?

YES – We will remind you to renew your ad at least 72 hours before your ad expires.  If you provided your email address when placing your ad you will receive email renewal reminders before your ads expire.

 

·         How do I change or cancel my ad?

Any ad placed online may be modified or cancelled by logging in to My Account, and going to the specific ad in My Ads.

 

Changes and cancellations made between Monday and Friday noon will be effective online within 24 hours.  Changes and cancellations made after Friday noon will be effective no later than Monday noon.  Changes and cancellations made by the deadlines listed above will appear in that week’s issue of Wheeler Deeler.

 

 

·         Do you guarantee that my ad will be successful?

Although we strongly believe that WheelerDeeler.com & Wheeler Deeler magazine offer the best advertising value in Mid-Michigan, we cannot guarantee results.

 

·         What types of payment do you accept? 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for ads placed online.  We also accept cash, checks and money orders if you are visiting our office or mailing in payment for your ad.  We do not recommend mailing cash.  Please make sure to include the completed Private Party Ad Form when mailing in your payment.

 

·         Is my credit card information secure?

Using your credit card at WheelerDeeler.com is completely safe.  We use an advanced encryption technology that safeguards your personal information and ensures your privacy as it travels over the internet.  We also maintain a certificate with Thawte that serves as an electronic substitute for your signature.

 

·         What is your refund policy?

We are not responsible for errors made by customers. If you make an error in an ad placed online, you may correct or modify your ad by logging in to My Account, and going to the specific ad in My Ads.  Likewise, you may cancel any ad placed online by going to My Ads in My Account.

 

We do not issue refunds for ads.  If we make a material error in your ad, we will give you a credit toward the purchase of future advertising.

 

·         What is the best way to photograph my vehicle or item(s) for sale?

If possible, please use a digital camera to get the best quality photo for both online and print.  A plain background such as trees or a wall will work best.  Photos taken with film may be scanned and uploaded, but the online photo quality may not be as good as digital photos.  Please do not stand too close to the item that you are shooting.  

 

If you are photographing a vehicle, the best shot of your vehicle is a simple 3/4 shot taken with a digital camera.  See the examples below:

·         What if I do not have a digital camera or a scanner?

If you are unable to upload a photo of your vehicle to WheelerDeeler.com, we offer several options. 

 

(1)     You may bring your vehicle to our office Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we will take a photo for you at no additional cost.

(2)     You may mail photos of your vehicle, together with your payment and the completed Private Party Ad Form to the address listed above.
